The Point to Point process
Here you can learn about the process we undertaken when finding a prospective teacher for your School in England.
- Send us your vacancy/ies
- Expect a call to discuss your requirements in detail
- Receive a digital profile of suitable candidates (including CV, references and introduction video)
- Select who you would like to interview from the shortlisted candidates provided
- Let us know your availability and we will set up the interview for you
- Interview (virtual or face to face)
- If you would like to appoint the candidate, let us know the offer details (e.g. salary/start date etc.)
- We will facilitate the acceptance process and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete
- Keep in touch with your new teacher via email/Skype/phone until they start their new position
- We will keep in touch weekly with your new teacher throughout the entire process
