Fly In Fly Out Interviews
Have you ever thought about extending your search for teachers? The team at Point to Point are experts in hosting Trusts and Schools from England to recruit high calibre teachers seeking to relocate, teach and advance their careers. Meet the teachers in person, interview pre-selected and pre-vetted candidates in advance of the resignation date!
We offer a Fly in Fly out (FIFO) service to all CEOs, Executive Headteachers, Principals and members of the SLT. We will host you in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Jamaica, Canada or South Africa and work with you to conduct multiple interviews over a week.
What is FIFO?
We host CEO’s, Executive Headteachers, Principals and members of the SLT. We work with you to establish your anticipated vacancies and prepare a week of interviews for your Trust to match your specific requirements. The teachers we recruit will be fully briefed and prepared to work in your organisation should they be successful in their interview.
We organise the flights, accommodation and airport transfers and work alongside you for the week helping you to have a successful week of interviews. You will recruit at least 10 teachers for the September intake. You will fly back to England knowing you have appointed well and you will minimise stress later in the school year knowing you have recruited earlier than other schools.
Point to Point will look after you for the week, show you some sights (outside of work) and make sure you make the most of your time with us!
