We stand by our service
As part of our service we include a teacher-induction day every term, a school visit to meet with the Headteacher and placed teacher/s in the first 4 weeks of employment. We offer a 30-day free replacement period on permanent placements. This means you have 30 days to induct and integrate the teacher into your school, observe them in the classroom and give feedback. In the highly unlikely scenario that a teacher is not a good match for your school, we will replace them at no extra cost. Our team is committed to providing your UK school with the best teachers.
